Alectinib Dosage
600 mg orally twice daily. Administer Alectinib with food

Alectinib side effects：

Liver problems (hepatotoxicity).Alectinib may cause liver injury. Your healthcare provider will do blood tests at least every 2 weeks for the first 3 months, and then 1 time each month and as needed during treatment with Alectinib. Tell your healthcare provider right away if you get any of the following signs and symptoms:

1. feeling tired o feeling less hungry than usual o yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes

2. dark urine o itchy skin o nausea or vomiting o pain on the right side of your stomach area o bleeding or bruising more easily than normal
