Alertadin 5 is an oral antihistamine tablet containing Desloratadine 5 mg, a long-acting, non-sedating antihistamine. Desloratadine works by selectively blocking peripheral histamine H1-receptors, thereby helping to relieve allergy symptoms without causing significant drowsiness.
