  • Start with 90 mg once daily for the first 7 days,

  • If well tolerated, increase to 180 mg once daily thereafter.

⚠️ Warnings & Precautions

• Treatment continues until disease progression or unacceptable side effects 

• If treatment is stopped for >14 days (non-toxicity reasons), restart at 90 mg for 7 days before resuming the previous dose.

• Capsules/tablets must be swallowed whole—do not crush or chew.

• Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice, as they can increase drug levels in the blood.
