Product Description:
Enzalunix is a pharmaceutical formulation containing Enzalutamide, a potent androgen receptor inhibitor used primarily in the treatment of prostate cancer. It works by blocking the action of androgens (male hormones) that can promote the growth of prostate cancer cells.

Key Uses:

• Treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC)

• Treatment of non-metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (nmCRPC)

Mechanism of Action:
Enzalutamide selectively inhibits androgen receptor (AR) signaling at multiple steps: it prevents androgen binding to the receptor, inhibits AR nuclear translocation, and blocks AR-mediated DNA transcription. This leads to reduced cancer cell proliferation and survival.
