Description:
Eposis Injection contains recombinant human erythropoietin alfa, a glycoprotein hormone that stimulates erythropoiesis (red blood cell production). It is structurally and biologically similar to endogenous erythropoietin produced by the kidneys.
Indications:

Treatment of anemia associated with chronic kidney disease (CKD), including patients on dialysis and not on dialysis

Anemia in patients receiving chemotherapy

To increase red blood cell production in patients prior to elective surgery to reduce the need for allogeneic blood transfusions (in certain cases)
Administration:

Subcutaneous or intravenous injection

Dose and frequency depend on the patient’s condition, hemoglobin level, and clinical response.
