Product Description:
Infusol IV Infusion is a sterile, non-pyrogenic intravenous solution containing Dextrose 5% (50 mg/mL) in Water for Injection. It provides a source of calories and fluid for hydration and energy supplementation.

Composition (per 100 mL):

• Dextrose (anhydrous): 5 g

• Water for Injection: q.s. to 100 mL

Indications:

• Fluid and calorie replenishment in patients unable to consume adequate oral intake.

• Treatment of dehydration.

• Vehicle for the administration of compatible medications.

Administration:

• Intravenous infusion only.

• Dosage depends on patient’s clinical condition, age, weight, and fluid/calorie requirements.

Precautions:

• Use with caution in patients with diabetes mellitus, renal impairment, or fluid overload.

• Monitor blood glucose and electrolyte levels regularly.

Storage:

• Store below 30°C. Protect from light and freezing.
