Keto Nephron™ DS (Double Strength) is a Medical Food under 21 U.S.C. §360ee(b)(3), specifically formulated for the dietary management of Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Stages 3-5 in adults following physician-supervised, protein-restricted dietary management plans. It provides 10 keto-analogue and essential amino acid components in enteric-coated tablet form. Dose

1 tablet per 22 lb (10 kg) Ideal Body Weight (IBW) per day, divided across 3 meals. Example: 70 kg patient = 7 tablets/day (DS formulation), taken with meals. Exact dose prescribed by your nephrologist. Do not self-dose. Form: Enteric-coated tablet — swallow whole, do not crush or chew.
