Lenvanix contains Lenvatinib, a multi-kinase inhibitor used primarily in the treatment of certain types of cancers. It works by blocking the activity of specific enzymes (kinases) involved in the growth and spread of cancer cells, particularly those that promote angiogenesis (the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow).

Lenvanix (Lenvatinib) is commonly used for:

• Differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC)

• Renal cell carcinoma (RCC)

• Endometrial carcinoma (in combination with other therapies)

Dosage (General Guidelines):

Dosage depends on the type of cancer being treated:

• Differentiated thyroid cancer:
  Usual dose: 24 mg once daily

• Renal cell carcinoma (in combination with everolimus):
  Usual dose: 18 mg once daily

• Hepatocellular carcinoma:

  • If body weight ≥60 kg: 12 mg once daily

  • If body weight <60 kg: 8 mg once daily

• Endometrial carcinoma (with pembrolizumab):
  Usual dose: 20 mg once daily
