Product Description:
Migratol Tablet contains Tolfenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) belonging to the fenamate group. It is primarily used for the treatment of acute migraine attacks, and also for pain and inflammation associated with musculoskeletal disorders, dysmenorrhea, or dental pain.
Tolfenamic acid works by inhibiting the synthesis of prostaglandins, chemicals in the body that cause inflammation, pain, and fever.
Dosage:

Adults: Usually 200 mg at the onset of migraine symptoms. If necessary, another 200 mg dose can be taken after 1–2 hours, not exceeding 400 mg per day.
