Montinex R Tablet contains Montelukast Sodium, a leukotriene receptor antagonist used to manage and prevent symptoms of asthma and to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Montelukast works by blocking leukotrienes, substances in the body that cause inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus production in the airways. It helps in reducing airway swelling and improving breathing.

Indications:
