Each film‑coated tablet contains:

• Calcium carbonate BP (eggshell source) 1 250 mg — equivalent to 500 mg elemental calcium

• Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D₃) BP 200 IU

This formulation promotes bone health by combining natural calcium — enriched with magnesium, phosphorus, and strontium — with Vitamin D₃ for enhanced absorption and bone density support. It's described as 98% digestible, more bioavailable than coral or rock-based calcium sources

✔️ Indications

Used to treat or prevent:

• Osteoporosis, osteomalacia, osteopenia

• Rickets, latent tetany

• Hypoparathyroidism

• Calcium/Vitamin D deficiency (e.g., pregnancy, lactation, post-menopause, drug-induced bone loss)

📝 Dosage

• Adults: 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) with water and food — or per physician’s recommendation

• Children/Adolescents: Use only under medical guidance

Note: A higher-strength variant (600 mg + 400 IU) is also available.

⚠️ Precautions & Interactions

• Contraindications: Hypercalcemia, hyperparathyroidism, hypercalciuria, nephrolithiasis, severe renal impairment, digoxin use 

• Interactions: May affect absorption of tetracycline, quinolones, bisphosphonates, iron, thyroxine, digitalis; risk of milk–alkali syndrome with thiazides; advise spacing such drugs at least 3 hours apart
