Product Description:
Ponatinix contains Ponatinib, a potent oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) designed to inhibit BCR-ABL, including the T315I mutation, which is resistant to many other TKIs. It is used in the treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) and Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL).
Indication:
Indicated for adult patients with:

Chronic phase, accelerated phase, or blast phase chronic myeloid leukemia (CML)

Philadelphia chromosome–positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL)
who are resistant or intolerant to prior TKI therapy.
