Product Description: Simegal is an oral suspension that contains Simethicone, an anti-foaming agent used to relieve symptoms of excess gas such as bloating, pressure, and discomfort in the stomach and intestines. It works by breaking up gas bubbles in the gut.

Dosage:
Dosage may vary depending on age and condition. Common dosing guidelines:-
Adults and children over 12 years: 40–125 mg orally four times a day, after meals and at bedtime.
