Dosage (General Guidelines):

Typical dose for colorectal cancer (adults):
85 mg/m² IV infusion over 2 hours every 2 weeks in combination with other agents (e.g., 5-FU/leucovorin). -
Administration:

Administered by IV infusion only.

Should not be mixed with or administered with saline or chloride-containing solutions.

Reconstituted and diluted with 5% Dextrose (D5W) before use.

Dose adjustment: Required in cases of renal impairment, neuropathy, or severe toxicity.
